West Cork IPA Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is made from a delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey then aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that previously had held Black’s of Kinsale IPA. The result is an Irish Whiskey that is mildly hoppy with sweet undertones and there is a finish of roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
