West Cork Irish Whiskey 5 Year Old Single Pot Still celebrates the true innovation at West Cork Irish Whiskey. Our pot still whiskey is composed of a unique mash ratio of 66:33 malted versus unmalted barley. The mash is then distilled in our one of a kind Rocket Still, which is the fastest pot still in the world. It is then matured in First Fill Ex Bourbon Casks and then after 5 patient years bottled at 43%.

Nose: Hay, fresh cut grass, caramel and pear sweetness, undertones of prune dried fruits

Taste: Layers of barley and malt, vanilla and black pepper with a candy floss finish.
