West Cork Distillers 7 Year Old Single Malt (70cl)

The 7-Year-Old Single Malt is the latest malt expression from West Cork Irish Whiskey. As per the Single Pot Still, it uses exclusively 100% local Irish grain and is also matured in Bodega Olorosso casks from the Tolerina Rodriguez bodega in Cadiz, Spain for a period of 4 years then further aged in first fill Bourbon Barrels for another 3 years. After patiently waiting for 7 years it is bottled at 46%.

Aroma:
Notes of green fruit, marzipan, and red berries.

Taste:
Pleasant hints of malt, tannins, green fruit, a slight spiciness and citrus. A beautiful finish of malt and red berries.
