The Grain Project Edition 1.1

The Grain Project was conceived in 2022 as an experiment in flavour. 6 casks of the same 2015 Single Grain Whiskey were married together before being filled into 3 different cask types for finishing to showcase the influence of the cask on the same Whiskey.

Edition 1.1 is the product of a 20 month finish in a fresh Cream Sherry cask. Not often available, Cream is a blend of Oloroso and Moscatel Sherries and the cask imparts rich floral, honey, dried fruit and hazelnut notes to the buttery sweetness of the Grain.
