Aged for 6 months in fresh whiskey barrels, lent to them from a distillery in East Cork, then blended with a select bittersweet ferment to create a woody, tannic cider with whiskey overtones.

It is effervescent, opulent, viscous and rich in character, but not for the faint hearted.
