To source the ginger for this refreshing beer they had to look well beyond Irish shores! Good reason to name it after an exotic cousin of the local Kinnegar hares. The Jackrabbit hails from the parched deserts of Mexico and California the perfect setting for this thirst quenching beer.

To serve, pour this unfiltered, naturally carbonated beer into a glass, leaving any natural sediments at the bottom of the bottle.
