Sprung from the minds of masters and apprentices, method and madness is whiskey that pays heed to tradition, while searching for the unordinary. The quest for uncommon casks led us to japan and a first for Irish whiskey. Virgin Japanese chestnut casks married with a single pot still whiskey, a curious combination with a different taste.
Nose: Peppermint leaves, caramelised almonds, ground pepper.
Taste: Liquorice, orange zest, cooling menthol.
Finish: Herbal fruits, roasted coffee, lingering spices.
