Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon (75cl)

A vibrant, deep purple colour leads to lifted blackberry, dark chocolate aromas with hints of mint and vanilla. The wine is full-bodied showing generous, berry fruit characters with spicy notes. The palate has good length and well structured with toasty oak and soft velvety tannins prominent on the finish. An easy drinking wine designed for immediate enjoyment.

Food Recommendation: Would compliment most red meat dishes. Try with roast lamb, barbecue meats, casseroles and cold meats.
