This is a sipping Gin finished in a Peated Whiskey cask. Peat, used subtly, can act like salt on your food, elevating the other elements. In this Gin, the Peat highlights the Juniper and Cardamom, without overpowering them, giving a long satisfying finish.

This is a new take on an old spirit and leverages off the cask finishing and blending skills they apply to their Whiskey making.
Best sipped neat straight from the fridge or with a splash of tonic and an olive.
