Nose: Marked bouquet of dried grapes, fruit in alcohol, with spicy nuance.
Colour: Deep ruby red, with a pleasant orange shade due to the ageing process.

Taste: Persistent and soft flavour, with well balanced tannins, this well structured wine leaves the mouth clean and pleasantly satisfied.

Food Recommendation: Ideal with with roasted meat, furred and winged game, well seasoned and spicy cheeses.
