Sierra Tequila is still traditionally made in Jalisco, Mexico. The Tequila comes from the family-run Destilería Sierra Unidas, located on a historic hacienda in Guadalajara, the capital of Tequila. The elaborate production process – careful manual work, exquisite Agaves from the state of Jalisco, and gentle double distillation in pot stills – consistently sets the highest standards.
After distillation, Sierra Tequila Reposado rests in Bourbon casks for up to nine months, giving it its lovely, golden colour, and complex aroma. Reposado is the most popular quality of Tequila in Mexico.

The freshness and irresistible fruitiness of Sierra Tequila Reposado is accompanied with delicate notes of vanilla, caramel, and with aromas of spicy herbs. This variety of flavours, which has received many international awards, gives Sierra Tequila Reposado a special complexity.
