Portmagee is a whiskey of depth and character, a crafted blending of Single Malt and Single Grain whiskeys, Irish – through and through. Portmagee Whiskey enjoys a universal appeal, delivering true pleasure in every golden sip. Finished in wooden casks infused with Barbadian rum.
Nose: Gentle malty nose with warm apple sponge, coconut, toasted oak vanilla and toffee apple.
Taste: Creamy butter-toffee mouth feel yields to a surge of single malt mid-tongue with notes of rich Irish fruit cake and dark chocolate.
Finish: Warm malt lingers and slowly fades to a smooth and throat soothing Barbados Rum finish.
