Famously named after Cork distillers flamboyant sales rep who built up a huge following for the product by being over generous with samples.

Traditionally, a pot still whiskey, its now a blend of pot still and grain. Paddy Whiskey is distilled three times from the finest quality barley and water. This ensures a whiskey, which is particularly light, well balanced and pure.
