A five-part peated blend with a triple cask finish. Inspired by Micil’s rich distilling heritage, it embodies the fruity spice of the finest Connemara ‘fuisce’ and the peat smoke of the illicit stills and kilns of Inverin.

Finished in recharred ex-bourbon quarter casks, Pedro Ximenez casks & Micil peated poitín octaves, imparting a hint of sweet, smoky turf from their family land in Connemara.

Micil Inverin Small Batch has great balance of peat and charred wood smoke. Full of baked apples and pears, an abundance of vanilla and honey sweetness, along with pink peppercorn spice, and a lingering smoked bacon and clove spice finish.
