A particularly versatile Valpolicella, companion of healthy food and flavours of the territory. Excellent pairing with vegetable soups, tagliatelle, stuffed pasta and risotto. It enhances both simple and more structured dishes based on red meat or grilled fish. To be enjoyed simply with cheese and cold cuts platters.

Nose:
Intense bouquet with ripe cherry aromas.

Palate:
Fresh with good acidity, soft and silky tannins. Cherries are the dominant flavour, with hints of sweet spices.
