This distinguished Single Malt has been patiently matured for 11 years in a single Oloroso Sherry Cask, allowing time to shape its unique character.

The influence of this cask, combined with over a decade in wood, imparts rich notes of dried fruits, toasted nuts, and oak spice. The Oloroso Cask brings depth and elegance to this Irish whiskey and in an expression that captures the harmony of this exceptional spirit.

Tasting Notes:

On the nose there are aromas of dark, dried fruits with hints of orange peel and cloves.

This Single Cask release on the palate brings stewed black cherries and sultanas, developing into cinnamon spices and treacle.

The finish is long and lingering with vanilla and oak spices layered with ginger, caramel and toasted nuts.
