Pisco Control is a spirit produced in the sunny northern region of Chile. Made by distilling fermented grape juice into a high-proof spirit, it was developed by 16th-century Spanish settlers as an alternative to brandy. While it can be sipped neat, it is best enjoyed over ice with a mixer such as coke or in the world famous Pisco Sour.
