Brewed in Co. Longford.
This delicious, malty, and wholesome beer is an interpretation of the Maibock style of Germany. Brewed to hail the arrival of spring it has subtle hopping levels that just balance the robust malty sweetness that results from the elevated mashing temperatures used.

Atlantic is a deep golden colour. The aroma of Pale Ale is a blend of stunning citrus notes, juicy tropical fruits and fresh-picked hops with a touch of candy floss. The flavour has a delicate sweetness with fruity succulence and citrus spice to the fore. The finish is sweet at first becoming dry and lingering with hop zest.

This is a smooth, fruity ale with a definite caramel character created by the use of crystal malt in the brewing process but with an added hop balance that is not always present in red ales, and which balances the sweetness of the caramel flavours.
Food Recommendation: This is a beer that works well with most meat dishes but in particular roast meats as the caramels of both the beer and the meat complement each other fantastically.
