Redbreast 12 Year Old – Full of aroma and flavour, Redbreast 12 Year Old benefits from a strong contribution from distillates which have matured in Oloroso sherry casks. Full flavoured and complex; a harmonious balance of spicy, creamy, fruity, sherry and toasted notes. Alcohol Vol: 40%
Green Spot – Green spot is non age statement Single Pot Still Irish whiskey and is comprised of Pot Still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years. The whiskey has matured in a combination of new bourbon and refill bourbon casks, as well as sherry casks. Full spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples, rounded off with toasted oak and lingering flavours of spices and barley. Alcohol Vol: 40%
Powers John’s Lane – Using a Pot Still distillate which is true to the original style of John’s Lane, the whiskey has been matured for at least 12 years, mainly in first fill American bourbon casks with a small contribution of distillate which has been matured in Oloroso sherry butts. The result is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey of outstanding flavour and complexity.
Midleton Barry Crockett – Bearing the name of the celebrated second generation Midleton Master Distiller, Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy represents a selection of pot still whiskeys which have been matured exclusively in American bourbon barrels with a subtle contribution from a pot still distillate which has been matured in an unseasoned or virgin American barrel. Elegant aroma of vanilla and toasted oak complimented by a touch of lime, succulent green berries, pears and green sweet pepper. Light pepper carries onto fresh citrus, limes and mandarin orange sweetness. A hint of cinnamon with vanilla and oak reveals its years spent in American oak. The full spectrum of flavours lasts well into the finish, slowly fading to expose the clean American oak foundation. Alcohol Vol: 46%
