The unique recipe includes many extracts and infusions of Mediterranean citrus: oranges, bergamots, bitter oranges, chinotto, tangerines and grapefruits. This fresh blend of citrus fruits makes Galliano L’Aperitivo stand out.
The recipe also includes a subtle addition of the heart of Galliano L’Autentico, (the original botanical liqueur with over 30 herbs and spices) including Mediterranean Anise, Juniper, Cardamom, Sandal Wood, Sage, Lavender, Peppermint, Cinnamon and Vanilla.
The ingredients are macerated and rested at least 2 weeks in order to get the best out of the fruits, plants and herbs. After the aging process, all extracts are filtered and added to the final blend.
All the ingredients and aromatic distillates are carefully blended at Maraschi e Quirici in Torino.
