Grape Variety: Pinot Noir

The Macon with a red cherry colour, is embellished by purple reflections. At the nose, aromas reveal small red and black fruit notes. On the palate, they offer red currant and blueberry flavours, brighten up by undergrowth accents. With age, the aromas head for the prune and the pepper.

Food Recommendation: Ideal with a braised steer or tapas.
