Clean, bright. Yellow colour with a slight green hue at the rims. On the nose, very intense. Subtle herbal aromas and notes of White flowers. Reminiscent of white fruit (pear) and tropical fruit (pineapple).

On the mouth, balanced, unctuous. Very pleasant acidity, providing freshness. Very slight bitterness typical of the variety. Long final. The fruity notes (pineapple) remain.

Food Recommendation: Pasta with basil, béchamel, cheese. It matches very well with most fish, seafood and vegetables. Creamy, fatty cheeses, such as brie or camembert.
