    Bright gold yellow colour with straw yellow tints. In the nose very elegant with a quintessence of tropical fruits, peach and white flower aromas, with a hint of vanilla and toasted bread. The palate is rich and has a long length, finishing with fruity and mineral notes.

    Food Recommendation: Best served at 10-12°C with shellfish, white meats, grilled fishes, blue ewe cheeses and Moroccan or Indian cuisine.

    Deep red purple colour with ruby glints. Fruity, floral and spicy scent with fine grilled flavors. The palate is very elegant, well balanced, round, silky with fine tannins. Harmony between nose/palate aromas, with freshness and a perfectly integrated smoked taste to finish.

    Food Recommendation: Best served at 15/17°C, with grilled marinated ribs, red meat, vine wood smoked wild pigeon fillet.

    The château’s old vines, planted on palus (rich alluvial clay soil), produce a classic, full-bodied and generous wine. Chateau Biré has a wonderful colour and develops elegant, ripe, red fruit aromas with age.

    Deeply coloured, brilliant, with red fruit on the nose (blackcurrant and blackberry in particular). Powerful and generous, Château Biré is also characterised by a great finesse, which recalls its Médoc origins.

A racy, incredibly full-bodied and well-structured wine with enormous density and power. Infinite length on the palate, excellent balance between fruit, tannins and acidity. One could almost enjoy it now! Please decant two hours before tasting.
