    The château’s old vines, planted on palus (rich alluvial clay soil), produce a classic, full-bodied and generous wine. Chateau Biré has a wonderful colour and develops elegant, ripe, red fruit aromas with age.

    Deeply coloured, brilliant, with red fruit on the nose (blackcurrant and blackberry in particular). Powerful and generous, Château Biré is also characterised by a great finesse, which recalls its Médoc origins.
