    The 33 Year Old release which is limited to just 275 bottles, is believed to be the oldest bottling of Irish Single Malt recently released, making it the world’s most exclusive Irish whiskey.

    Consisting of two hand selected casks of some of the oldest Irish Single Malt ever bottled this is an extremely rare release of Irish Whiskey. Distilled in 1983 and aged exclusively in ex-American oak Bourbon barrels which after 33 years of maturation produced only 275 bottles and an alcohol strength of 42.9%. As a result of its 33 year journey producing a complex floral nose with deep layered flavours and a long luxurious finish without being over oaked. To match its rarity this historic bottling of Irish Whiskey history captures a truly unique taste experience.

    Made from 100% Malted Barley from a range of different ages including Malt whiskey distilled in 1991. Consists of a vatting of 5 different wine cask (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon) finished Irish Malt whiskeys. Like all the Teeling whiskeys it is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration allowing for all the natural flavours of the whiskey to be retained.

    A balance mix of dry fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves with a long finish with sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the wood.

    This whiskey is aged in old, seasoned bourbon casks. Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is finished in small, specially made, first-fill American oak barrels. The smaller the barrel, the better the whiskey-to-wood ratio.
    The result is real depth and character over a lingering note of bourbon vanilla sweetness. A unique five-year-old blend of Irish malt and grain whiskey finished in half-sized, specially crafted virgin American oak barrels. Crafted by world renowned whiskey expert and Master Distiller, Darryl McNally.

    The Founder’s Reserve is a unique take on the old Irish Pot Still Whiskey and is the original and signature blend created by founder Bernard Walsh. It is a blend of two styles, Single Malt and Single Pot Still. The proportions used are 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still. This is unusual in itself, as it is the only Irish blended whiskey to contain 100% whiskey distillates from the copper pot still and 0% Grain or Column still whiskey. This results in a much more flavoursome whiskey. The Founder’s Reserve is triple distilled and matured in Bourbon Casks.

    This Irishman Single Malt is one of only a handful of Irish triple distilled single malts on the market. This is a classic Irish Malt, triple distilled and aged in Oak Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry Casks to give exceptional flavour and complexity. The palate has Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of coca. It has a long lingering finish with a light maltiness and sweet oak. Not so much a finish, more of an encore.

Produced in traditional pot stills, The Tyrconnell is one of a few Irish whiskeys that uses double distillation. The Tyrconnell matures in American Oak ex-bourbon barrels in the mild Irish climate.

    The nose is fruity and thick with notes of roots, tropical fruits, mixed conserves and a green character. The palate is jammy and thick. There is a marked sweetness with notes of barley sugar and malt. The finish is sweet and long with marmalade and a little oak.
