Kith & Kin is Scots for ‘friends & family’, which perfectly captures the spirit of this collaboration between two pioneers of our craft. Kith & Kin is a rich Scottish stout aged in Teeling Irish Whiskey barrels. Brewed with a big hit of chocolate malt, to create a flavour packed beer with dark chocolate, coffee and treacle, alongside delicious hints of vanilla and spice. A little barrel-magic means that the aftertaste is smooth, seductive and long.

Food Recommendation: Venison Stew, black and blue burger and sticky toffee pudding.

Immensely viscous, yet smooth with a rich syrup mouthfeel. The aromas and flavours of rich coffee, chocolate and a light hop addition hit every sense and lead to a long warming finish where the flavours constantly develop. This is a beer which will develop for years in the bottle.

Food Recommendation: This stout pairs excellently with grilled meats, dark chocolate, or poured lightly over vanilla ice cream as a dessert. Strong crumbling cheese such as feta, stilton or gorgonzola pair very well with this full bodied stout.

O’Hara’s Irish Stout has a robust roast flavour complemented by a full-bodied and smooth mouth feel. The generous addition of Fuggle hops lends a tart bitterness to the dry espresso-like finish. This sessionable stout beer is filled with rich complex coffee aromas mingled with light liquorice notes. The combination of traditional stout hops with an extra pinch of roast barley allows us to stay true to Irish tradition.
